Home staging is the preparation of a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace.

The goal of staging is to make a home as appealing as possible to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for higher cost.

We often use artwork, table accessories, light fixtures, plants, and area rugs in addition to furniture and window treatments to stage the home.

In addition and at times, we work with the seller’s existing furniture by rearranging to achieve the same aim.

At other times, Home staging can take place while the seller still occupies the house. For an occupied home, the clutter is cleared and the existing furniture is rearranged as we add new decor accents.
