The Contract Administration phase consists of obtaining bids from contractors, sub-contractors and vendors who will provide products and or services to implement the design into the space. This is one of the areas where we also work to obtain and negotiate the best pricing with quality of service and or product in order to remain within the budget guideline.

As the Construction Administrator we source the General Contractor and submit requests for bids along with the necessary documents such as a complete set of plans.
We also manage the receipt and disbursement of payments for services and materials. For any vendors or service providers hired directly by the client, we can manage the invoicing and forward any necessary invoices directly to the client while keeping the billing tracked within the budget with proper tracking at every stage of the project our client is fully informed.

Each project has stages while some may overlap. This includes all billing and receiving, quality control, and much more. We make sure that the entire process is completely transparent and comprehensible to the client.

The key benefits of an effective contract administration are:

1. Contract maintenance and change control.
2. Charges and cost monitoring.
3. Ordering, payment, and budget procedures.
4. Contract performance reporting.
