A massive amount of floor to ceiling windows luminates EH National Bank’s 13,000 square feet two story headquarter. Located in Beverly Hills at the formerly called “Great Western Bank Building”, this building stands-out for high-class modernism since the 70s. Oval in its architecture shape, Lamia Maalouf of MI Design, Inc. envisioned this project’s interior design as a continuation to William Pereira’s architecture masterpiece.
The main bank furniture floor plan continues to follow the simple logic of the building oval shape. The interior transitional style of this two story space is adorned by large round, covered with small gold tile, columns. And is highlighted by a custom manufactured mega size chandelier acting as a focal point while it dazzles the eye from every angle.
Creating this bright, comfortable and technologically sophisticated workspace, the red accent color reflects vitality and good fortune.
This community bank project is MI Design, Inc. third project for EH National Bank. The first was completed just shy a decade ago in the city of Costa Mesa, California.
